Gratitude A Christmas gift on a fully booked long-haul flight

I am writing to share a story of kindness and gratitude — one that unfolded on Christmas Day, aboard Singapore Airlines flight SQ325 from Frankfurt to Singapore.

A Singaporean woman named Lynn and her German husband showed a level of kindness that touched me deeply.

My family of four were stranded in Croatia for two days due to bad weather. We eventually managed to get seats for the flight home from Frankfurt. It was a fully booked flight, and we had no choice but to accept being seated apart.
