SYDNEY - The Sydney autumn carnival preparations have already begun for high-class filly Manaal, who has returned to work with former Kranji trainer Michael Freedman ahead of another Group 1 bid.
The three-year-old was given a light spring, capturing the Furious Stakes (1,200m) second-up, before Freedman opted to send her to the paddock after she finished third in Autumn Glow's Group 2 Tea Rose Stakes (1,400m) in September.
