Pliable people playing into Chinese hands will not go scot-free anymore, be it CPM’s former top boss Prakash Karat or journalists or academics, Member of Parliament Nishikant Dubey told The Sunday Guardian, launching yet another scathing attack on the “Tukde Tukde gang” saying “they are blinded by Chinese funds” and have been making possible what China failed to achieve when they tried to breach Indian borders via Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh.
The Bharatiya Janata Party MP from Jharkhand cited a report by the New York Times during the final week of the Monsoon Session in the Lok Sabha to allege that Congress leaders and news organisation NewsClick received funds from Beijing to create an “anti-India” atmosphere. The MP from Godda, who was back in his constituency within hours of the Parliament session getting over, also threatened a privilege motion against all those who tweeted that his comments were expunged, saying, “I should be the first to know from the House Leader or Speaker when my words are expunged, when I don’t know, how did they know? When my speech was not uploaded yet how did they get to know of the expunging? Who are they working for? Whose agenda are they pushing?”
