SOLDIER turned TV star Harry Clark today reveals he is on a mission to help others after feeling suicidal when he found himself "in the darkest place" two years ago.

The 23-year-old ex-Lance Corporal, who became a household name when he won BBC game show The Traitors in January, admits he hit "rock bottom".

And he now aims to use his newfound fame to help other young people battling mental health woes.

Life has been hectic for Harry since he landed the show's £95,000 prize.

He has left the Army to pursue a TV career, appearing on Comic Relief and signing up with a showbiz agency. But he insists he will not let fame go to his head after what he has been through.
