In a change of plans after paying his last respects to Mulayam Singh Yadav at Saifai in Uttar Pradesh, chief minister and TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao landed in Delhi on Tuesday evening. This is KCR's first visit to Delhi after floating the Bharat Rashtra Samithi. Government sources said KCR is likely to camp in the national capital for 2-3 days.
