In a change of plans after paying his last respects to Mulayam Singh Yadav at Saifai in Uttar Pradesh, chief minister and TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao landed in Delhi on Tuesday evening. This is KCR's first visit to Delhi after floating the Bharat Rashtra Samithi.&nbsp;Government sources said KCR is likely to camp in the national capital for 2-3 days.
KCR's visit also comes in the wake of the alleged Delhi liquor policy scam and arrests of Hyderabad-based liquor businessmen, who are alleged to be closely associated with top TRS leaders, in connection with the scam.
Sources in the TRS and government said KCR had landed in Delhi mainly to sort out issues connected with his new national party.
He is likely to interact with chief election commissioner (CEC) Rajiv Kumar on the new party or send a delegation again to meet the ECI authorities.
"Though nothing has been finalized yet, the TRS chief has some key issues in his mind which need to be sorted out. On top of his agenda is change of his party's name to BRS from TRS, which is pending with the ECI," sources said. He visited the BRS office on the SP Road, which was taken on lease, in the night.
TRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha, RS MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar, and minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav accompanied the CM during his Uttar Pradesh visit.
