Jairam: Regional parties in AP & T match-fixers

Reiterating that the yatra has nothing do with the bypoll, he alleged that the BJP ran "Operation Lotus" while the TRS did "Operation Cactus".

Hyderabad: AICC general secretary Jairam Ramesh on Saturday said all the regional parties in Telugu states, including TRS, YSRCP and TDP are match-fixing parties and Congress is the only party which can fight BJP fearlessly.

The former Union minister said, "All the regional parties have good understanding with BJP. They are scared of ED, I-T and CBI. So, if one has to fight, it is only Congress," he said, adding that the AIMIM is also a match fixing party.
