To bolster his national ambition in the runup to 2024 parliamentary election, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) boss and CM K Chandrasekhar Rao will formally announce the name of his national party on auspicious Dasara day (Oct 5), exactly at 1:19 pm, as per cosmic calculations. Also, KCR is likely to unveil his "agenda for nation" at a public meet in Delhi on December 9.
A resolution will be moved on Dasara at a meeting of 283 party members, including seniors and top guns, at Telangana Bhavan for rechristening TRS as Bharath or&nbsp;Bharatiya Rashtra Samithi (BRS). This is being done to ensure change of only party name. As a result, the flag and poll symbol (car) will continue with BRS in Telangana.
The KCR-led BRS is likely to contest 100 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and a few other states. It might stitch up pre-poll alliances with various political parties. KCR dropped enough hints about his national party on Sunday at a meeting with leaders and district presidents at Pragathi Bhavan. He told party leaders to gear up for taking BRS and its agenda to the people of the nation.

Some political parties might merge with BRS and there are other leaders too who are willing to work with BRS at the national level, sources said. A huge public meeting would be organized in Delhi on December 9, where chief ministers and leaders of various like-minded political parties would be invited. KCR is likely to announce BRS "agenda for the nation" at the rally.
Also, TRS is likely to go to the hustings in Munugode bypoll as BRS, making it a keen contest between three national parties - BJP, Congress, and BRS. A team of TRS leaders will leave for Delhi after Dasara for registration of BRS as a political party with Election Commission.&nbsp;TRS has also hired a building in Delhi for BRS office.
Tribal welfare minister Satyavathi Rathod confirmed to reporters about KCR's imminent national foray TRS government whip and party Kothagudem district president Rega Kantha Rao said: "KCR is going to make a sensational announcement on Dasara. People of&nbsp;the country, particularly youth, are waiting for KCR to enter national politics."
KCR is learnt to have told party leaders there were many failures of Modi-led BJP government that need to be taken to the people. KCR is also expected to meet leaders of farmer associations, trade and workers unions, Dalit and tribal organizations from various parts of the country on Dasara or the following day at Pragati Bhavan.
