E-initiatives of the SC and attempts towards ease of justice must be carried forward," the PM said at the Constitution Day function at the Supreme Court to commemorate adoption of the Constitution on November 26, 1949.
"The justice delivery system must be accessible to all, the judiciary must ensure this," the CJI said calling for strengthening of the technological infrastructure set up during the pandemic.
