The festive season is upon us. While it is a time to have fun, eat out and attend numerous parties, the festive time can be a difficult time for our skin. The late nights and the unhealthy foods consumed now can lead to many skin and hair issues. It can also lead people to feel overwhelmed. 5-4-3-2-1 FORMULA

If a total digital detox seems unrealistic, Jain recommends curbing overstimulation with the 5-4-3-2-1 technique. “Take deep breaths and notice and name five things you can see, focus on four things you can touch around you, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste,” she says.
