Dog rescues unconscious master in K'taka forest

Shivamogga: When 55-year-old Shekharappa, who had gone to the forest to fetch firewood, did not return home till noon on Saturday, his family and local villagers in Karnataka’s Shivamogga district launched a massive hunt for him.

 When they drew a blank even after hours of search, it was Tommy—Shekharappa’s best friend in the forest and a family ally for seven years—who led the villagers to the spot where the elderly man was found lying unconscious, reports Udaya Sagar.
