He joined coaching with family's entire savings

He resolved to make his family proud by realising his brother’s dream. He worked hard at school and did well in exams, but the lack of access to affordable coaching put him at a disadvantage. He got admission to a local private college, but his father couldn’t secure an education loan to pay a hefty Rs 37,500 as upfront fee for the first year. He had to back out.

For a while he toyed with the idea of joining a science course, but decided it would be a waste of time, and more importantly, money.
