Among those issued notices were the home ministry, the director general of Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, and DG NCB.
"The petitioner (Wankhede) has met Hon. Chairman and discussed his case in detail. The commission has observed that there appears to be discrimination and harassment of the petitioner, therefore the commission has desired that no further action in the matter be taken till the pendency of the case in the commission, the NCSC notice said.
Neither Wankhede nor Singh were available for comments.
