Rich in antioxidants, conjugated linoleic acid and fat-soluble vitamins (Vitamin A, D, E, K), desi ghee is also healthy for your heart. It also helps balance your hormones and boost fertility in both men and women. Other benefits include nourishing your brain, joints and skin to boosting body energy. Irrespective of your fitness goal, age and gender, you may have around two to three teaspoons of desi ghee every day.
