I hope this will herald a new beginning,&rdquo; Perarivalan said.</p>
<p id="5">On the possibilities of deporting Sri Lankan convicts, Perarivalan said he was also awaiting the government&rsquo;s decision as two convicts, Murugan and Jayakumar, had married Indian nationals Nalini and Shanthi. Shanthi was in jail for eight years before being acquitted. She stays with son and family in Vyasarpadi. &ldquo;It depends on their (Murugan and Jayakumar) wishes,&rdquo; he said.</p>
