A special court on Thursday deferred till October 31 the hearing of a bail petition by Delhi minister Satyendar Jain in a money laundering case filed against him.

Advocate Sushil Gupta, appearing for businessmen Vaibhav Jain and Ankush Jain, told special judge Vikas Dhull that Vaibhav had been forced to make his statement, following which he filed a 'retraction application' saying it was untruthful and not even recorded under CCTV.
