New Delhi: Seventy-five infrastructure projects - including 45 bridges, 27 roads, two helipads and a 'carbon-neutral habitat' built at a total cost of Rs 2,180 crore were dedicated to the nation by defence minister Rajnath Singh on Friday.
The projects spread across six states and two UTS, including forward areas in Ladakh, J&K and Arunachal Pradesh-were inaugurated at a function held at the Darbuk-ShyokDaulat Beg Oldi (DS-DBO) road, which provides connectivity to the crucial DBO advance landing ground and post in eastern Ladakh near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China.
