Most of that food comes in the form of carbohydrates.
As much as Eddie Abbew may disagree, for us carbs are king. In the past few years the amount of carbs being consumed has only increased. I remember just three or four years ago being told to eat 90g an hour and thinking that was a lot. Now in the bunch guys are pushing 120g and sometimes even more.
