67 Pall Mall Singapore launches a Resident Chef Series, welcoming a cadre of renowned Singapore-based chefs to helm the kitchen of the wine lovers' members club.
The series spotlights the maestros of the local culinary scene for a duration of three months each, presenting cuisine that befits the finest and most extensive wine selection in Southeast Asia.
"There are so many incredible and at times underrated local chefs right on our doorstep, and we want to give our members a chance to discover new talents and flavours. At the same time, we are increasing the diversity of our menu to complement our exceptional range of wines. The resident chefs will be able to showcase their skillset while offering new epicurean dishes for our members every month." said Kori Millar, General Manager of 67 Pall Mall.
