A new menu and roster of live performances at HighHouse add to the panoramic destination's attraction.

HighHouse, the panoramic dining and entertainment destination by OUE Restaurants, launched of its new vibe dining programme last month. Titled “Dinner & Dance” to convey every night as an occasion, the programme is an invitation to gather with chosen company in a vibrant setting, over a slate of new culinary offerings and cocktails inspired by flavour of the Pacific Coast.

HighHouse has solidified its standing as a premier destination where music, art, flavours, and conversation intersect across two floors at level 61 and 62 of One Raffles Place.

The new programme promises dynamic evenings across the week. Besides DJs. Diners at HighHouse will see roving dancers accompany musicians in titillating items on select nights of the week.

Executive Chef Sam Chin and Head Chef Joel Tan teamed up to conceive a new menu that showcases Pacific Coast-cuisine with a modern pan-Asian twist. French Spéciale De Claire “Amélie” Oysters dolloped with homemade green chilli sauce, and Kingfish Carpacc dressed with nori vinaigrette, guacamole and textures of tempura populate the Bar Bites & Snacks section.
