Netflix's FIFA Uncovered is an exhaustive four-part documentary (which probably should have been a punchier three-part documentary) focusing heavily on the bidding processes for the Cups in Russia and Qatar. It does, however, spend some time on the history of the governing body, highlighting the misdeeds of João Havelange, the longtime FIFA president.
