<p>The VX2405-P-MHD is a 24-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080)&nbsp;monitor with an IPS panel using SuperClear IPS technology. The monitor has a conventional design without any gaming decorations, lights, or cradles for accessories. The monitor is compatible with 100 x 100 mm VESA mount and has a short stand without height adjustment. The stand has a thick base that does not occupy much space on the desk. The OSD menu is controlled by physical buttons at the back, accessible with your right hand. The back side of the device is plain. The I/O ports are lined up near the base, which does not leave room for bundling them together. The monitor allows a tilt of -5 to 20 degrees, and that&rsquo;s the only movement possible. Lack of height adjustment, rotation or pivot restricts access to the ports once the monitor is set up. The only relief is that the device weighs only 5.3kg with the stand and base attached. The monitor comes with a power cable with 16A top as per Indian government stipulation and hence you need to buy a separate 10A cable to use with standard sockets at home or connect to a UPS outlet. ViewSonic provides ViewMode presets, which offer optimised settings for various usage scenarios such as gaming, editing, or watching movies. The Game mode provides pre-calibrated settings for FPS, RTS, and MOBA games. The display proved responsive and provided great contrast and colours during our review. The VX-2405 can reproduce up to 120 percent of sRGB gamut, offering a wider colour range than most monitor at similar prices. An 80M:1 dynamic contrast ratio ensures better details and visibility in highlights and shadows.</p>
