THE OCTOBER FEST

"Ein Prosit, ein Prosit

Der Gemütlichkeit

Ein Prosit, ein Prosit

Der Gemütlichkeit.."

Come October and Germany hopped up for the biggest annual festival in Munich. The whole atmosphere turned into a world of celebrations and rejoicing right from the set of Hollywood musical melodies. Whether you are a tourist or a local, whether you understand the language or not, you cannot but tap your feet to the tunes of those wonderful melodies floating in the air...

"My heart is still waiting for us

Parents are worried about me.

Oh, if only I could see mountains, meadows and streams

My hardships and pain will ease.." (Sierra Madre)

He would eventually become King Louis I. Since its inception, the story of the metamorphosis of the customs and structure of the October Fest is no less interesting than the event itself. The festival of 1810 continued for five days with a horse race in a vast open area called There sienwiese ("Therese's green").

National Parks Of India

India is blessed with a rich tapestry of biodiversity that is both a natural heritage and a national treasure. The concept of national parks in the country traces back to the late 19th century when the importance of conserving wildlife began to take root in the consciousness of the colonial administration. The first national park in India, Hailey National Park (now known as Rajaji National Park), was established in 1936, marking a historic commitment to wildlife conservation. The post-independence era saw an exponential increase in protected areas, primarily driven by a need to conserve India’s unique flora and fauna threatened by rampant industrialization and urbanization.
