ARTISANAL MITHAI

Classic Indian mithai are a quintessential part of weddings. But there are plenty of ways to give it a show-stopping touch. "While sweets come down to pure preference, at Meetha By Radisson, we give an artisanal touch to the traditional mithas. Think motichoor ladoo topped with creamy chocolate, peda garnished with marzipan, Belgian chocolate dhoda burfi and coffee milk cake. For bitesized treats, consider coin kaju kathli, soft malai Mysore pak, nuts studded mini motichoor ladoo or golden rose petal ladoo," suggests executive corporate chef Naved Akhtar of Balwa Group.

CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE

"Chocolate is a classic flavour. For a twist, opt for bite-sized spiced desserts like chocolate cinnamon hazelnut cake or sea salt chocolate truffle. Or gluten-free treats such as chocolate meringue cake or flourless chocolate cake," suggests Chef Rajiv Das of Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport.
