EastEnders' Honey Mitchell on why she so wanted to win Strictly, her love of Carry On films and her dream role

EastEnders is my second home. It touches everyone and it's an institution; it's the only soap I've watched since Day 1. It's a lovely place to work and my character, Honey, is everything I could have asked for - I don't just like her, I adore her. She's such a one-off Walford lady. She's quite settled, but if you tread on her tail too many times she will roar! She's grown up so much since she first arrived in the Square (back in November 2005) and there are so many different sides to her.

I was gutted when I didn't win Strictly Come Dancing!

I was partnered by the lovely Anton Du Beke and I wanted to win for him, but he's done all right. He's now in the chair, which is what he's wanted to do for ages.
