Cherie Amour Chicken Casserole

1 Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan Loven 170°, Gas Mark 5.

2 Heat the olive oil in a flameproof casserole and fry the chicken chunks for 3-4min, until sealed and lightly browned. Add the leek and cook for a further 1-2min.

3 Peralata Pour in the stock and add the orange zest, bay leaf and thyme. Tip in the beans and add the juice and pulp from one passion fruit. Cover and transfer to the oven to cook for 45min.

4 Melt the butter and gently fry the heart-shaped bread to make croutons. Serve the casserole with the juice and pulp from the remaining passion fruit squeezed over the top. Garnish with the croutons.

Cook's tip: Take a shortcut by using ready-made croutons.

Feel-The-Heat Spaghetti With Chilli & Prawns

Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add the pasta and cook according to pack instructions. Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the green beans, return to the boil and cook until tender. Drain well.

2 Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add the spring onions, chilli, prawns and lemon zest and fry for 2-3min, stirring often.
