Ultimate Party Grazing Tables

Cheese Grazing Table

Set the scene for your cheese grazing table with these recipes for Loaded Nachos, Baked Camembert and Dolcelatte Dip. Add some cubes of cheese, mini mozzarella balls on sticks with basil and cherry tomatoes. Finish the board with crusty breads, biscuits, nuts, fresh figs, grapes and spring onions.

Loaded Nachos

Ingredients (Serves 6-8)

  • 1tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 red onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 jalapeno chillies, chopped
  • 300g jar salsa
  • 200g bag lightly salted tortilla chips
  • 250g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • Handful fresh coriander leaves

1 Preheat the oven to 6. Heat the oil in a small frying pan. Add the onions and cook for 4-5min to soften. Add the garlic and chillies and cook for 1min. Remove from the heat and stir in the salsa.

2 Spread half the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet or ovenproof dish. Top with half the salsa mix and half the grated cheese. Bake for 7-8min, until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with avocado, spring onions and coriander and serve.

3 Layer the remaining tortilla chips, salsa and cheese as above and cook once the first batch is eaten.
