The star of The Hangover has been sober for 20 years and is celebrating his success in Maestro with a new muse

It’s turning out to be quite the year for Bradley Cooper. First came confirmation that he’s dating supermodel Gigi Hadid. Then, the announcement he’s joined an elite club of Hollywood stars who’ve directed themselves not once, but twice, into Best Actor nominations for the Oscars!

And behind the scenes, Victoria’s Secret model Gigi, 28, was the first to jump with joy at the news of Bradley’s success.

The pair were first linked in October last year, when they were spotted at dinner in New York City. Since then, they’ve been seen together multiple times and the happy couple went public with their romance last month, when they were seen holding hands in London.

Despite their 20-year age gap, an insider says they have plenty in common – including the fact they’re both raising young daughters. Gigi shares three-year-old Khai with her former One Direction singer ex Zayn Malik, 31, and Bradley co-parents six-year-old Lea De Seine with his Russian supermodel ex Irina Shayk, 38. Bradley and Irina have spoken openly about their amicable arrangement, with Irina calling Bradley, “the best father Lea and I could dream of. We both take Lea everywhere. She’s super-easy.”

Actor/director Bradley is over the moon about his Netfl ix movie Maestro scooping seven nominations for the upcoming Academy Awards, including three nods to him personally for Best Actor, Best Picture and Best Original Screenplay.
