What goes up and never comes down? The answer, of course, is your age. But if 20 years in medicine has taught me anything about life, it’s that not all ‘old folk’ are made equal.
One of the biggest factors for living a more youthful life appears to be mindset. Countless times I’ve seen people refuse to accept ageing as an inevitable process and instead push the boundaries, reach new goals and achieve a youthful zest that cannot be prescribed.
