Wherever you’re heading on holiday, packing can be stressful. And it’s not just your flip-flops, sun cream and swimwear you need to think about, it’s taking medications abroad, too.

Firstly, keep your medicines and medical equipment (such as needles) in the original packaging with the original chemist labels and information leaflets. You may think you can save space in your case by consolidating strips into one package, but having them labelled and packaged correctly signals to security that these are prescribed, legitimate medications.
