Is Meghan OK? I only ask, as previously she has complained that ‘not many people have asked if I’m OK’, and I wouldn’t want her to feel left out.
We haven’t seen hide nor hair of the duchess for days, weeks even, which is most uncharacteristic of her.
After she appeared alongside Harry in the pair’s six-part whinge-fest Netflix documentary last year, the Duchess of Sussex has stayed silent while her husband unleashed his memoir on the world.
Not content with the bombshells therein, taking aim at his father, brother, sister-inlaw and stepmother, he promoted the book with a deluge of publicity interviews.
During his book launch campaign, we didn’t hear a peep from Meghan. The official line is that she is ‘concentrating on her children’, Archie, three, and 18-month-old Lilibet.
However, since leaving the Royal Family, the Sussexes have always preferred to appear as a pair, sticking together like glue.
‘We’re like salt and pepper,’ Meghan opined in an interview. ‘We always move together.’
Even when projects have been helmed by the duchess, such as her Archetypes podcast, or interviews in Variety or The Cut magazine, Harry has always popped up in a supporting role.
