I knew that I wasn’t exactly enjoying the Duchess of Sussex’s debut podcast the minute I started biting my desk in frustration.
One long, agonising hour was spent listening to what genuinely sounded to me like Meghan confirming herself as one of the world’s most self-absorbed inhabitants.
In fact, there were times when it sounded like the host of the streaming giant’s latest venture was herself from another planet.
But it was worth the metaphorical teeth marks in my study.
For me, this podcast gave us a glimpse of Meghan’s true colours.
A woman who clearly sees herself as hard done by, yet appears to possess a staggeringly inflated view of her own importance.
Meghan’s first episode of Archetypes, The Misconception of Ambition with Serena Williams, could be more accurately called the Me, Myself, and I Show.
