Los Angeles needs no introduction. This world-famous West Coast city is home to Hollywood, Sunset Boulevard, America’s music scene and a galaxy of our favourite stars from stage and screen. Of course, you might not have a Jennifer Aniston-sized budget, but you can have a celebrity-style visit all the same. Here’s your must-do list for experiencing LA like an A-lister…
Walk among the celebrity stars, literally!
One of the most famous sights in the city is the Walk of Fame, the 1.3 mile-long parade of pink stars set into the pavement on Hollywood Boulevard. Strolling up and down the road, past gift shops and restaurants, is an experience in itself. If you want to spot a specific celebrity star you can find its location at walkoffame. com. Afterwards, pose for selfies outside the legendary Chinese Theatre cinema, where actors like Meryl Streep and Tom Cruise have their hand and footprints immortalised in the cement. You’ll be amazed at how tiny some of them are!
