As the UK's top dogs compete at Crufts this week, Woman takes a look at some of the stars' cutest canine companions

As well as being a doting dog mum to border terrier Angus, TV's Lorraine is often seen cuddling daughter Rosie's sausage dog, Ruby. Luckily for Lorraine, 63, the two pups are the best of friends and both often appear on her show. Who said you shouldn't work with animals?

RUTH LANGSFORD AND EAMONN HOLMES

V veterans Ruth and Eamonn share a son, Jack, 21, but the couple have another well-loved family member, rescue dog Maggie, who they have had for 12 years. Ruth, 62, gushed, 'We love her so much. You come home and you've had a tough day... and I see her tail going.' Meanwhile, 63-year-old Eamonn, who has recently suffered from health issues, described Maggie as 'better than medicine'.

In 2021, mum-of-three Holly introduced fans to her latest addition, Bailey the golden retriever. Since then the 42-year-old's fur-baby has made many appearances on the This Morning sofa.
