JEN: ‘Make sure to sleep’
As she’s got older, Jennifer Aniston has ditched her hardcore workout routine as her daily 45-minute cardio sessions left her ‘burnt out’, with the star adding, ‘I broke my body.’ Instead, she now does Pvolve, a science-led method that combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment. And to keep her face looking fresh, she revealed her biggest tips, sharing, ‘I would say do a scrub three times a week to really get your skin clean. Hydrate – obviously drink, drink, drink lots of water. And moisturise. And I’m going to throw a fourth one in and say sleep.’ Sounds good to us!
