BREAKING BOUNDARIES
Since its inception in 1999, the Loose ladies have used their platform to speak out about issues and subjects that many still consider taboo. From menopause and mental health, to sex confessions and embarrassing health conditions, no topic is off limits. Panellists have helped start important conversations and raise awareness of these issues.
In recent years they've also done special episodes with an all-black panel for Black History Month and an all-male panel to highlight the importance of male mental health, alongside campaigns on body positivity and domestic abuse.
