People should wear what they like'
Paula Masterson, 43, lives in Stirling with her husband and two children. I've never had an issue with sunbathing topless and wearing what I like to the beach or the pool. I was brought up not to be prudish, to take pride in how I look and how I feel about my body. If you want to wear a tiny, revealing bikini or a thong, then why not? People blow these things out of proportion.
Style is an expression of who we are. I don't want to wear a boring black swimsuit, and as long as you're not harming anyone, who's to say what's appropriate or inappropriate?
Like many mums, I did feel a little self-conscious about my figure after having children. But you can't enjoy yourself on holiday if you're worried about what other people are thinking of you.
