Look great all 'sick season'!
Woman's World|February 27, 2023
It's easy to outsmart the unflattering beauty side effects of having a cold or the flu by using these simple DIY treatments that are sure to leave you looking refreshed and radiant in no time!
Look great all 'sick season'!

Chapped nose?

When excessive nose-blowing causes irritation and redness on the outer edges of the nostrils, look to jojoba oil. Its high concentration of vitamin E helps heal chafed skin while deeply moisturizing the area to cut down on inflammation, stat.

TRY IT! Saturate a cotton swab with jojoba oil (like Now Solutions Jojoba Oil, VitaminShoppe.com) and rub on skin around the nose; let absorb.

Washed-out complexion?

If a cold has sapped your skin of its healthy color, try a rosemary facial steam. The hydrating steam opens pores, allowing blood flow–boosting rosemary oil to absorb more deeply into skin so it can restore a youthful glow to a sallow, dull complexion.

TRY IT! Fill a bowl with 4 cups of boiling water and 3 drops of rosemary essential oil. Hover your face 6" above the bowl, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the steam for 5 minutes.

Puffy all over?
