We got the singer-songwriter to talk to us about his new song, new EP (Extended Play), while also sharing his story on his illustrious career in the music industry as well as revealing a few inner secrets about himself.
A few months back you released a new track as a single and it’s also been some time since you released new music. Most artists these days also release a single or an EP. What’s your view on this?
I’m coming out with new music after two years, so I’m really excited about this. As for singles and EPs, this should have been a culture right from the beginning, I think it’s wonderful that it’s happening and I only wish there’s more music that comes like this, and we don’t call it independent music, we just call it music.
So what’s the new EP about?
My new EP Them stands for Tamil, Hindi, English, Malayalam. It is a multilingual EP which I’m working on with a wonderful producer and musician and a brother Harshit Mishra. His stage name is Hash Base and he’s an amazing producer and
I’m so glad to be doing this with him. So I’m doing an amazing EP with my band Funktuation featuring The Horn Flakes and this is gonna be our second studio album and I’m really looking forward to this too. I also released the first track from the EP Mehki, which I hope you all enjoy.
