The November ‘social’ issue is about remebering its the people in your life that matter. Rather than telling you that health and fitness operates outside of spending time with friends and family, we say it’s actually one and the same. Without the people you love, you can’t be happy. And without happiness, it’s difficult to be truly healthy. You just need to find the balance (oh, how I usually hate that word). On the note of people, it would be amiss of me to not acknowledge the overwhelmingly positive ripple our last edition of WH&F made in the public pool. I am touched and I am proud. I’d like to thank the likes of actress Katherine Langford and People magazine, who used their following and influence to promote our good message. Thank you to the amazing WH&F team, for backing me without question. But most importantly, to you – the WH&F readership: thank you for all your love and words of encouragement and support. You have been responsible, you have been kind and you have been powerful beyond measure.
