Getting the country rid of the much maligned policy paralysis resulting in an unprecedented logjam in infrastructure projects, the Finance Minister, P Chidambaram, in his Budget proposals for the 2013-14 fiscal has initiated multiple steps to speed up the project delivery mechanism.
