在经济不景气加上面对通货膨胀情况下，万物价格通通涨，《美味风采》也为此推出了省钱料理——碟头饭，让大家吃得饱也吃得好。“碟头饭”就是先把白饭装在碟上，炒好的菜或肉铺在饭面上，如菜远排骨饭、豉椒鲜鱿饭等，也有人称为盖浇饭。随着城市节奏日加快，方便快捷的特性使它逐渐被更多人喜欢。喝一口汤再来一口饭，简简单单又一餐。平时不懂煮什么，碟头饭真的是不错选择哦。
