Accompanied by my wife, I was on my routine evening stroll, in my neighborhood. It's one A of the suburbs that was recently included under the Chennai Corporation's management. As in any upcoming suburb, I could notice many building violations and illegal encroachments, especially on the street corners. One came to many dead ends which were originally not planned to be dead ends by the corporation planners… The private constructors have blocked the street ends for their convenience and made it a dead end.
