BMW launched the C 400 GT in India only recently, and it takes its place at the very top of the uber premium scooter segment. It's a headline grabber too, it is India's most powerful scooter, India's most comfortable scooter and by a long shot India's most expensive scooter. The truth is though if you are looking to add an ultra-premium scooter to your garage and price is no object, then the C 400 GT may be everything you've been looking for those odd urban commutes and even some light touring.
Visually, the BMW C 400 GT is everything that you would expect from a BMW "business class" urban mobility scooter. The sharp panels in the front with the massive windscreen house quad LED headlights with angel eye DRLs seem to be inspired by the present generation of the 3 and 5 Series. The rear section is more sedate with smoother flowing lines leading into a single unit LED tail-lamp with integrated turn indicators. In all, they add up to a scooter with incredible presence, without being loud or in your face. Stately, in a word. The white paint scheme on our test bike accentuated that ethos. In contrast to the rest of the scooters on sale in India, the BMW is visually very large but all of that changes the moment you hop in the saddle.
