Newest Royal Enfield records a landslide win over the Yamaha YZF-R15 V3 and TVS Apache RR 310.
Royal Enfield’s Interceptor 650 has arguably been one of the biggest launches of 2018 and has now won the 2019 Indian Motorcycle of the Year (IMOTY) award. The IMOTY needs no introduction as India’s most coveted and most authoritative two-wheeler award, as its jury comprises of India’s most experienced and most eminent two-wheelers journalists representing the country’s top automotive publications, including OVERDRIVE. The Interceptor 650 was announced winner at a glittering event in Mumbai where Dr. Raghupati Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director of JK Tyre and Industries Limited handed over the winner’s trophy to Siddhartha Lal, CEO, Royal Enfield. JK Tyre has been supporting the IMOTY from its inception in 2008 and has also been sponsoring the awards ceremony every year.
