Dive into a pool of vintage cocktail looks as you set on a fantastical journey with social media influencer and dream girl of Bollywood, Jacqueline Fernandez.
A sunny day, a vintage house in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra, a shoot with the unabashedly sexy Jacqueline Fernandez. A bathtub playing sport to bejewelled stories, a bevy of beehives, heaps of winged eyeliner. A retro-romantic vibe reminiscent of the signature style of late English singer-songwriter spelt glamorous summer dreams.
The actor who debuted in 2009 with Aladin and shot to fame with Kick opposite Salman Khan in 2011 is known for some of the most foot-tapping numbers choreographed on her (remember chitiyan kalaiya from Roy and the recent chalti hai kya nau se barah from Judwaa 2). Even as the set was abuzz with the making of props and floral arrangements, she erupted in electrifying dance moves spreading a bunch of cheerfulness around. Her chemistry with photographer Errikos Andreou was hard to miss and lent for some priceless photographic moments.
The actor donned summer-ready looks complete with bouffant and bespoke jewels. Setting a tropical dreamscape for brides-to-be, the style screams cocktail glamour.
Fernandez has had a dream run in the Hindi film industry so far has worked in big-ticket productions and starring opposite some of the biggest stars. She’s also maintained a steady line-up of films every year, and though one might say she has not yet had that one career-transforming role yet, she is a very win-win choice for the biggest shows and awards nights. And that signals to the star’s immense popularity, a no mean feat considering a star can be born so to say any Friday in Bollywood.
