Three simple words were overheard throughout the beautiful Arizona Grand Resort, as more than 900 women from across the country gathered in Phoenix on March 9, for the 12th Annual Women of Power Summit.
“I see you.” Just three words echoed at the opening night’s inspiring Legacy Awards Gala, hosted by PepsiCo. These words resonated—and were repeated—throughout the evening, as corporate chief Ursula Burns, gospel queen Shirley Caesar, groundbreaking journalist Marcia Ann Gillespie, and actress Phylicia Rashad were inducted into the Legacy Awards sisterhood.
