Restaurants were extremely reluctant to go online as they did not see the immediate benefits of going online. However, that changed quickly as owners saw the value of monitoring their restaurants from their homes, as well as with the advent of online delivery platforms. From core menu management and billing, Petpooja soon grew into a comprehensive platform for restaurant operations.
