When and how did you develop an interest in cooking?
I have always been a foodie. Enjoy different cuisines and food including street food. Experiments in food has been my passion. But when my taste buds in terms of fusion cuisine was not getting satisfied I turned to cook it myself during weekends. It was more of a hobby to keep my stress levels down because I find cooking therapeutic - a great way to take your mind off from the daily work stress, a great way to stay away from gadgets and get off-screen time.
