Shoppers Stop was launched as an exclusive men’s wear store in 1991. Soon thereafter, in 1992 and 1993, we introduced ladies’ wear, kids’ wear and non-apparel categories making us India’s first ever multi-brand department store. In 1994, we launched a first-of-its-kind loyalty program, ‘First Citizen’ offering the Indian consumer a host of exclusive benefits and privileges.
