While there’s some room for a bounce-back if the brand is otherwise well known for the quality of its products, product issues are still something to avoid at all costs.
While competing in such an environment, organisations have, more often than not, neglected the strategy of using their own solutions for their infrastructure and business operations, ensuring that all employees are familiar with the nuances of the solutions their company offers, both positive and negative. SMEs would be more familiar with this approach, but in this article I’d like to offer some additional nuances for consideration by tapping onto Synology’s own experiences.
